The project involves pavement rehabilitation, intersection redesign, and the replacement of outdated water main pipes. Traffic will be condensed on Rockwood Blvd. , with closures on Sumner Ave.

and 10th Ave. for east/west through traffic. Metered parking will not be available on Rockwood Blvd. and 9th Ave. , while local access remains open.

The city advises pedestrians to prepare for sidewalk detours during the construction. Officials urge drivers to prioritize safety and support local businesses impacted by the project.
