Spokane police arrested Eric R. Peery, 30, on September 2, 2025, for his role in a burglary that led to the theft of firearms. Officers quickly canvassed the area, identifying Peery through security footage and locating a silver Chevy Impala associated with the crime. Following the identification, police surrounded Peery's residence, and a search warrant led to the recovery of several stolen firearms.

Peery faces multiple charges, including Residential Burglary and Theft of a Firearm from a Building.
