Spokane police arrested Troy A. Silk, 45, for three counts of second-degree arson following a series of fires in downtown Spokane on August 21, 2025. Major Crimes Unit detectives identified Silk through video footage obtained from nearby businesses and arrested him the next day while he was already in custody for unrelated charges.
