Flags Lowered for Spokane County Sergeant Kenneth Salas

Flags will remain at half-staff through Wednesday, August 20, allowing the community to collectively mourn. A memorial service for Sergeant Salas is scheduled for 1 p. m. on August 20 at the Spokane Convention Center, where community members can pay their respects.
