Four new construction projects will generate 95 mixed-income units, with 63 units reserved for households earning 60% Area Median Income or less. Additionally, two rehabilitation projects will preserve 50 affordable units for households earning 50% AMI or less while adding 49 units for those earning 80% AMI or less.

A new homeownership initiative will create 12 single-family townhomes, with half set aside for households earning 80% AMI or less. Mayor Brown highlighted the importance of these investments in fostering community stability and opportunity. The funding distribution also includes projects that cater to vulnerable populations, benefiting 86 eligible households.
