Spokane Police Department plans temporary road closures on August 20 for the memorial service of Sergeant Ken Salas. Southbound traffic on Division at Sharp will be closed, redirecting vehicles west to Monroe or east to Hamilton. Washington from Boone to Spokane Falls Boulevard will also close, with traffic diverted west. Additional closures include Washington and North River Drive for several hours and Assembly between Wellesley and Francis from 9:30 to 11:30 a. m.

Northbound traffic on Washington and Spokane Falls Boulevard will remain closed until approximately 3 p. m. and 12:30 p. m. , respectively.
