Mayor Brown Signs Updated 'Complete Streets' Ordinance into Law
Spokane Mayor Lisa Brown has signed an updated “Complete Streets” ordinance to enhance accessibility for all street users. The new legislation modernizes municipal codes and integrates references to the Pedestrian Master Plan and Bicycle Priority Network.
