The suspect, described as a white male in his 40s, stands between 5’06” and 5’07” and has a thin build. He has been seen riding a BMX bicycle and wearing a blue medical mask, glasses, and a black/navy jacket with white stripes. Additionally, he has been spotted in a grey sweatshirt and an N-95 type mask. Authorities emphasize the importance of public vigilance and advise against approaching the suspect.
