Authorities describe the suspect as a white male, approximately 40 years old, standing between 5'06" and 5'07" with a thin build, wearing glasses and a blue medical mask. He has also been observed riding a BMX-style bicycle and has appeared in various clothing, including a black/navy jacket with white stripes and a grey sweatshirt with an N-95 type mask.
