The suspect, described as a white male approximately 40 years old and 5’06” to 5’07” tall, has a thin build and has been observed riding a BMX-style bicycle. He typically wears a blue medical mask and a black/navy jacket or sweatshirt with white stripes on the sleeves. Additionally, he has been seen in a grey sweatshirt with an N-95 type mask.
