The suspect is a white male, approximately 40 years old, standing between 5’06” and 5’07”, with a thin build and glasses. Witnesses report he arrives on a BMX-style bicycle, often wearing a blue medical mask and a black/navy jacket or sweatshirt with white stripes. He has also been seen in a grey sweatshirt with an N-95 mask. Authorities urge the public not to approach the suspect but to call 911 if encountered.
