Motorists should anticipate potential delays and consider alternative routes like High Drive and Bernard St. Pedestrian detours will also be implemented when work obstructs sidewalks. The city urges drivers to plan ahead and support local businesses affected by the necessary work. Construction on South Freya St. is expected to be completed by late October.
