Firefighters from the Spokane Fire Department, alongside the Washington State Department of Natural Resources and Spokane County Fire District 10, arrived on the scene and extinguished the fire within an hour. The blaze, which burned less than an acre in a timbered area, raised concerns among officials due to its suspicious nature. Investigators are currently seeking information about a dark-colored Ford Ranger seen leaving the area shortly after the fire was reported.
