Flags Lowered for Former Secretary of State Ralph Munro

Mayor Brown recalled her positive experiences working with Munro during her time in the legislature, noting the emotional significance of bagpipes played at official events. A memorial service honoring Munro will take place on June 28 at 2 p. m. at the Washington State Capitol Legislative Building Rotunda. This tribute underscores the local community's respect for Munro's legacy and public service.
