Spokane launches two pedestrian and bicycle improvement projects on June 30, focusing on Lincoln St. and Maxwell Ave. The Lincoln St. project will introduce buffered bike lanes and widened sidewalks, closing the street between Boone Ave. and Sinto Ave.
