As the evening progressed, the crowd size decreased; however, by 8:00 p.

The situation escalated, resulting in 11 arrests for failure to disperse, with one individual additionally charged with vandalism for spray-painting city property. SPD clarified that no curfew was enforced that night, countering online misinformation.
