The driver is suspected of driving under the influence, with potential charges of DUI and vehicular assault pending, as drugs or alcohol were noted as contributing factors. Two other men received treatment at the scene, with seatbelt use confirmed for one and unknown for the other. The van, declared totaled, was towed by Ibsen Bellevue Towing.
