Snoqualmie, WALocal News

Snoqualmie Valley Women in Leadership (SVWL) is set to host two impactful events this spring, aimed at connecting and empowering women leaders from diverse backgrounds. The first event, a workshop on cultivating a strategic mindset, will take place on April 22 and focus on enhancing strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities. The second event, a panel discussion titled "Ambition Is Not a Dirty Word," will occur on May 7, featuring a multi-generational panel of accomplished women leaders. Founder Wendy Parslow emphasizes the importance of redefining ambition and creating a space for candid conversations about leadership. SVWL’s mission is to foster deep connections among women, especially following the isolation many faced during the pandemic.

The organization is now in its third year, offering more than just professional development; it aims to create a supportive community for aspiring and established leaders alike. By engaging in these discussions, participants can gain fresh perspectives and tools to navigate their careers confidently. Registration is open on the SVWL website, inviting women from across the region to join the movement.
