To qualify, applicants must reside in the Snohomish River watershed and specifically within King County Council District 3, with a preference for residents of Carnation, Duvall, North Bend, Snoqualmie, or the Snoqualmie Tribe reservation. The selected individual will engage in consensus decision-making and serve a four-year term from July 2025 to June 2029. The forum convenes six times a year, ensuring that community voices can participate in discussions that impact local ecosystems.
