Volunteer EMT Jobs Openings at Snoqualmie Fire Department

The Snoqualmie Fire Department is actively seeking volunteer Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to serve the community. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and ideally reside within a 15-minute drive from Snoqualmie. The selection process includes a written exam with a minimum passing score of 70%, a physical agility test, and an oral board interview, along with background checks and medical evaluations. Training is provided, making this opportunity accessible to those without prior EMT experience. Once certified, volunteers are required to attend drills 2-3 times a month and complete at least seven 12-hour duty shifts each quarter.

A commitment to community service is emphasized, with a minimum of 12 hours required per quarter. Interested individuals are encouraged to submit their applications via email or in-person at the Snoqualmie Fire Department to participate in vital community safety efforts.
