Railroad Days Starts Today….

The 2010 Snoqualmie Railroad Days festival kicks off today with a wide range of entertaining activities for all ages. Starting around 6 PM, attendees can enjoy live performances from local bands on the main stage, with festivities continuing through Sunday. Tomorrow morning, competitive races will feature a 10k, 5k, and kids’ 1k run, organized by community members to revitalize local events. For those not racing, the Snoqualmie fire department will host a pancake breakfast to ensure a hearty start to the day. The grand parade is scheduled for 11 AM, showcasing local youth sports teams, including baseball players in bright orange jerseys.

A dedicated kids' area will offer inflatables, a climbing wall, and games, while adults can relax in a beer garden featuring local brews from Snoqualmie Falls Brewery. Train rides will also be available, adding excitement to the festival experience. With various food vendors, including a new North Bend taco restaurant, this year’s event promises to be a delightful celebration for the entire community.
