The Opioid Overdose and Emergency Reversal Training, scheduled for November 6, 2024, at Mount Si High School, will provide essential skills to parents of 6-12 grade students. Conducted by Volunteer EMT Robert Angrisano, the session will run from 6 PM to 7 PM in the school's Career Center. This timely training addresses the alarming rise in opioid overdoses, equipping parents with the knowledge to recognize overdose signs and administer life-saving interventions. The initiative underscores the community's commitment to combatting the opioid crisis, which has deeply affected many families.
