Upcoming Cedar Falls Way Roadwork to Start September 23: Expect Temporary Lane Shifts

On September 23, 2024, crews from Becker Blacktop will begin a crucial pavement grind and overlay project on Cedar Falls Way, enhancing road conditions for local drivers. This work will take place daily from 7 a. m. to 6 p. m.

and covers the stretch between North Bend Way and 436th Avenue SE. The project entails the removal of two inches of asphalt, followed by the installation of new asphalt, which is expected to provide a smoother and safer driving surface. Although temporary lane shifts will be necessary during the project, the city assures residents that driveway access will remain open and that no complete closure of Cedar Falls Way is planned. The entire project is expected to conclude by September 27, 2024. The City of North Bend emphasizes the importance of community cooperation during this time and expresses gratitude for residents' patience.
