Evergreen State Fair offering free tickets for food donations. Here's how

The Evergreen State Fair Food Drive begins on June 20 and will run until July 10, offering a free weekday admission ticket for community members who donate five or more non-perishable items. Donations can be made at ten designated Lee Johnson Auto Family locations or at a drive-thru event on July 12 at the Evergreen State Fair Park. The food drive supports the Snohomish County Food Bank Coalition, highlighting the Fair's role in community welfare. Sharon Walker, the director of Snohomish County Parks & Recreation, noted that every donated item contributes to uplifting the community. Tickets are limited to one per person and five per vehicle, ensuring a fair distribution.

Recommended donation items include baby wipes, toiletries, pasta, and canned goods. The Evergreen State Fair will take place from August 21-26 and August 28-September 1, 2025, in Monroe, WA. For additional information, the public can visit the Evergreen State Fair website.
