Focus on Farming is countys annual ag gathering, happens Nov. 5
On November 5, the Evergreen State Fair Park in Monroe will host the 20th Focus on Farming & Forestry Conference, attracting farmers, producers, and agricultural professionals. The conference offers 28 breakout sessions, addressing topics like new farming techniques, livestock production, and agritourism. Attendees will hear from keynote speakers, including Dr. John Ikerd, who will reflect on agricultural changes over the past 20 years, and Eric Snodgrass, who will present a winter weather outlook for the region. Tickets are available for $75 and cover meals and access to all sessions.
