Disney's first-ever Week of Wishes celebrates 45 years of partnership with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, with more than 170 wishes granted. Aurora Dennison, a Silver Spring teen battling Crohn’s disease and arthritis, had her wish fulfilled by meeting Marvel star Sebastian Stan on the set of Thunderbolts. Stan's heartfelt gesture of swapping his official prop dog tags for Aurora's replica left a lasting impression. Disney CEO Bob Iger expressed pride in the company's long history with Make-A-Wish, which has granted over 165,000 wishes since its inception. The event commenced on ABC's Good Morning America, revisiting Disneyland, where the first official wish was granted.

Other notable wishes included experiences with celebrities and special events for Make-A-Wish kids worldwide. Disney teams globally are also involved in granting wishes, with initiatives in locations like Disneyland Paris and Latin America.
