This move is part of Insomnia's ambitious plan to launch 28 new locations across the U.

S. , Canada, and the U. K. in the coming months. Founded in 2003 by Seth Berkowitz in a University of Pennsylvania dorm room, Insomnia has since expanded to over 200 stores and offers food trucks and nationwide shipping.
