Dunkin’ has opened its second location in downtown Silver Spring, located at 8455 Fenton Street in the Central Apartments building. The new store, managed by Luis Group Management, features the Dunkin’ On Tap system, offering nitro cold brew and various iced beverages. Luis Group operates over 35 Dunkin’ locations throughout the region, including popular spots in White Oak and Four Corners. The opening of the new store occurs alongside significant construction for the Maryland Purple Line, which has closed the intersection of Fenton Street and Wayne Avenue for the summer. This construction aims to install light rail tracks and improve local infrastructure, affecting access to the area.

Dunkin’ operates from 5 a. m. to 8:30 p. m. , catering to local residents and commuters.

The new location provides a convenient option for coffee lovers amid ongoing transit upgrades. This expansion reflects Dunkin’s commitment to enhancing service in growing urban areas.
