The new location will be at 8455 Fenton Street, situated near ongoing Maryland Purple Line construction. Franchisee Boris Lander Luis confirmed the new opening date via email this morning. While the store is listed as open on the chain's website, it will not support mobile ordering, as indicated by updates on their app. In addition to the standard menu, this store will feature a Dunkin’ On Tap system for dispensing cold beverages, including nitro cold brew and iced coffees.

The franchisee operates over 35 Dunkin' locations in the region, enhancing local convenience and accessibility. Dunkin' will operate daily from 5 a. m. to 8:30 p. m.
