Walkers to the Future walk, skip, and dance around the track to raise 17,000
The "Walk to the Future" event held on July 24 at Edmonds-Woodway High School successfully raised nearly $17,000 for Parkinson's Disease research, organized by Shoreline resident Pat Erickson's Pinky's Passion. Participants enjoyed a day filled with walking, music, and community spirit, culminating in a heartfelt final lap celebrating those living with Parkinson's. Donations are still welcomed through the organization's website.
