Gyro Saj Mediterranean Grill coming to Broadway

Seattle, WALocal News

Gyro Saj Mediterranean Grill is poised to make its mark on Broadway by expanding from its First Hill location, taking over the space formerly held by Ian's Pizza on the Hill. This transition comes as Ian's Pizza concluded its 10-year lease, leaving an opportunity for new culinary ventures. Known for its delicious shawarma and falafel, Gyro Saj aims to attract a diverse clientele seeking quick, affordable Mediterranean meals. The new restaurant will be situated in the Broadway Building, near Blick Art Materials, and will join a growing roster of eateries, including FOB Poke Bar and Old Street Malatang. Broadway's culinary scene is evolving, with recent additions like the Nomadic Wine Dispensary and Saucery, reflecting a trend towards fast-casual dining options.

Additionally, the upcoming Burritos California will further enhance dining choices, particularly for those on the go. With its strategic location and popular menu offerings, Gyro Saj is expected to be a welcome addition to the neighborhood. The community can look forward to its opening at 1620 Broadway soon.
