Starting on September 23, 2024, the City of Sammamish will initiate a comprehensive inspection of stormwater pipes along key roadways, including Issaquah Fall-City Road and Issaquah Pine Lake Road. This essential maintenance is expected to last until the end of the year and aims to ensure the integrity of the city's stormwater management system. Residents can expect minimal traffic disruptions, with occasional single-lane closures being the primary inconvenience. Proper signage and traffic control will be in place to guide drivers safely through the affected areas. Additionally, on September 24, one lane of Southeast 27th Street will be temporarily closed from 9:30 a.

m. to 3 p. m. for the construction of ADA barriers, affecting access to the Wells Fargo entrance. The far-right lanes of 228th Avenue Southeast may also see temporary closures during this time.

The City urges residents to stay informed and plan their travel routes accordingly to avoid delays. These efforts reflect Sammamish's commitment to maintaining its infrastructure and ensuring accessibility for all citizens.
