City of Puyallup Launches Customer Satisfaction Survey for Development and Permitting Services

The City of Puyallup has reported two significant road closures impacting local traffic. The first closure, effective January 30, 2025, involves 18th St SW from W Pioneer to 5th Ave SW, which has been shut down due to a sinkhole. Public Works anticipates that this closure will extend for about two weeks while crews evaluate underground utility conditions and carry out necessary repairs. Additionally, starting February 3, 2025, 9th Ave SW will also be closed to all vehicle traffic for a construction project. This initiative aims to redesign 9th Ave into a Festival Street, promoting pedestrian use and community events.
