Pierce County deputies arrested three teenagers in Spanaway, Washington, for allegedly throwing rocks at homeless individuals early Wednesday morning. Deputies received a call from a homeless woman living in a trailer who reported being targeted by occupants of a white SUV. As deputies interviewed her, the SUV passed by again, prompting a traffic stop attempt. The driver, an 18-year-old male, turned off the headlights and fled down a dead-end road before being apprehended. He faces charges of second-degree assault and felony eluding, while two 16-year-old boys and a 15-year-old boy were also taken into custody but later released to their parents.
