Kenneth Indish, a 43-year-old man from Flint, Mich. , received a nine-year prison sentence for aggravated assault and unlawful possession of a firearm in Latah County District Court. His sentence includes two fixed years and seven indeterminate years. On March 26, Indish threatened multiple individuals at a residence on North Lincoln Street in Moscow. After being expelled from the house, he discharged a shotgun into the air to frighten nearby dogs.
