Moscow announces DYW scholarship winners

Isabell Rasmussen has been honored as Moscow's 2026 Distinguished Young Woman, receiving a prestigious scholarship of $3,000 for her outstanding achievement. The event, which took place on Saturday evening, also recognized Bryn Bowersox as the first alternate with a scholarship of $1,700, and Taylor McLuen as the second alternate with $1,100. The competition attracted a large field of participants, demonstrating the wealth of talent in the community. In addition to the main awards, the DYM Committee Challenge recognized numerous young women, each receiving $300 for their participation. Other significant accolades included the Interview Award, which was awarded to Rasmussen, Bowersox, and Cate Gloeckner, each receiving $500.

The Spirit of DYW and Fitness Awards also celebrated standout participants, further emphasizing the multifaceted nature of the competition. The event not only highlights individual achievements but also fosters community spirit and encourages young women to excel in various areas.
