The Lewis-Clark Valley Healthcare Foundation announced its Large Impact Grants, totaling $770,000, to support 15 organizations in north central Idaho, southeastern Washington, and Wallowa County, Oregon. Key recipients include the Idaho Foodbank, awarded $70,000 for its Hunger Relief program, and Family Promise of the Palouse, which received $91,776 for expanded shelter services. Founded in 2017 following the sale of St. Joseph Medical Center, the foundation focuses on improving community health and services. Earlier in the year, the foundation awarded 61 Fast Track Grants amounting to $436,320.
