No Kings rallies planned Saturday around nation and Inland Northwest

More than 2,500 “No Kings” protests are scheduled nationwide on Saturday to challenge the Trump administration's policies. Local rallies are set for Moscow, Pullman, Clarkston, and Grangeville in the Inland Northwest. In Moscow, demonstrators will gather at Ghromley Park from 11 a. m. to 12:30 p.

m. , while Pullman’s event will take place at Cougar Plaza from 11 a. m. to 1 p. m.

Clarkston’s protest is planned at the intersection of Fifth and Bridge streets from noon to 2 p. m. , and Grangeville will host its rally at Main and Idaho streets at 1 p. m. These events follow a similar series of “No Kings” protests held in June, highlighting persistent local concern over federal governance.

Organizers expect significant turnout to voice dissent against current policies. The demonstrations aim to foster community engagement and dialogue regarding political issues. Citizens are increasingly mobilizing in response to perceived threats against democratic values.
