Richard “Dick” Davis, 85, of Moscow, died on September 21, 2025, at the Grangeville Health and Rehabilitation Center. Rita Devon (Myles) Carlson, 72, passed away the same day in Deltona, Florida, after previously residing in Lewiston and Troy. Tracy Langdon, 68, of Potlatch, died at her home on September 22, and Richard Berger, 90, of Moscow, died on September 23 at Aspen Park of Cascadia. Blackmer Funeral Home of Grangeville is handling arrangements for Davis and Carlson, while Short's Funeral Chapel of Moscow manages arrangements for Langdon and Berger. The passing of these individuals marks a significant loss for their families and the surrounding communities.
