Constitution Day discussions planned at Moscow, Lewiston

Constitution in the University of Idaho Library. Later that evening, LCSC will hold a panel discussion focused on the 14th Amendment and birthright citizenship from 6-7:30 p.

m. in Sacajawea Hall, featuring notable faculty such as Chris Riggs and Gene Straughan.
