Personal trainer Hannah Rae adapted her coaching business to an online format during the COVID-19 pandemic, allowing her to move from Moscow to Paris without losing her clients. Operating under Hannah Rae Training, she now works with over 20 clients, many of whom she has coached for over a decade. Rae specializes in pilates-based exercises and holistic personal training, helping clients manage chronic pain, an area she became passionate about after facing her own injuries. Her background in dance and subsequent injuries fostered a deep interest in the human body and therapeutic fitness. She continues to train clients in various time zones, including those in the U.
