The Development Hub PDX online permit portal and IVR system will be down for updates on June 30, from 4:30 to 7 p. m. Customers must submit permit applications under the existing fee structure until 11:59 p. m. on June 30, before new fees are implemented on July 1.

In-person services at the Development Services Center will be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, while virtual appointments can be scheduled daily.
