Sapore, the latest addition to Rivers Casino in Philadelphia, is redefining Italian dining with its extensive limoncello selection and waterfront views. The restaurant, located in the former Martorano’s Prime space, offers a unique blend of traditional Italian cuisine and modern culinary innovations. Guests can indulge in a variety of dishes, highlighted by the Chicken Parm “Pizza,” which features a secret chicken parm crust topped with cheese and sauce. The atmosphere is stylish yet inviting, with a sizeable bar and elegant decor. Sapore's drink menu creatively reinterprets classic cocktails, such as an Italian Margarita infused with Aperol.

The restaurant also takes pride in its limoncello program, featuring all brands available from the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. With a seating capacity of 200 and a private dining area, Sapore caters to both large gatherings and intimate meals. Overall, it promises to be a new culinary gem in the City of Brotherly Love.
