Philadelphia, PALocal News

Dine Latino Restaurant Week has made its vibrant return to Philadelphia, showcasing the culinary talents of over 25 Latino-owned restaurants and food trucks until April 12. This initiative not only celebrates the richness of Latino cuisine but also emphasizes the importance of supporting local entrepreneurs, as highlighted by Jennifer Rodriguez, President & CEO of the Greater Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Diners can enjoy a complimentary appetizer or dessert with the purchase of two dinner entrées, making it an enticing opportunity for both locals and visitors. The event aims to promote the diversity of flavors and traditions within the community, reinforcing the vital role these businesses play in shaping Philadelphia’s dynamic food scene.

Additionally, a Dine Latino Chef’s Tasting event on April 9 will feature 2025 James Beard Foundation Nominee Chef Yun Fuentes, allowing attendees to engage directly with the chef. This experience promises to provide insights into the creative process behind his culinary offerings.
