Philly Stat 360 to Track Mayor Parkers Housing Initiatives with Launch of New Online Housing Dashboard

Philadelphia, PALocal News

The Mayor’s Office of Philly Stat 360 has launched a comprehensive housing dashboard, aimed at tracking Philadelphia's housing initiatives and metrics. This dashboard includes critical data on the number of rental and affordable housing units while showcasing participation in key programs designed to support low- and middle-income residents. Coinciding with Mayor Cherelle L. Parker's ambitious H. O.

M. E. Plan, which targets the creation and restoration of 30,000 housing units, the dashboard serves as a vital tool for transparency and community engagement. Each metric is presented through user-friendly charts and graphics, making it accessible to all Philadelphians. Additionally, the dashboard offers resources for residents to enroll in various housing assistance programs, such as the Basic Systems Repair Program and the Adaptive Modification Program.

Kristin Bray, Director of Philly Stat 360, emphasized the collaborative nature of the initiative, which aims to improve housing conditions across the city. Experts, including Jessie Lawrence and Angela D. Brooks, highlighted the program's potential to create equitable housing opportunities and foster community wealth. The dashboard will be regularly updated to reflect the ongoing progress of the Parker Administration's housing goals.
