The Fishtown Kensington Business Improvement District (BID) is launching the Stouts & Snouts event on March 15, aimed at celebrating local culinary talent and community spirit. Starting at 11 a. m. , various bars and restaurants in the Fishtown District will showcase their best stout beers, cocktails inspired by snouts, and a range of dishes that cater to both meat lovers and plant-based eaters. Executive Director Marc Collazzo noted that this event serves as a great way for locals and visitors to bond over food and drink in a vibrant setting.

Participating venues include popular spots like Bar Palmina, Barcade, and Johnny Brenda’s, offering unique dishes such as pulled pork poutine and creative cocktails featuring Irish whiskey. Paul Kimport, a local business owner, emphasized the enthusiasm within the community to act as ambassadors, sharing their culinary diversity with guests.
