Jansen bids farewell to summer with a Beach Boil for Two

Philadelphia, PALocal News

Chef David Jansen is celebrating the end of summer with a special Beach Boil for Two at his Mt. Airy restaurant, allowing patrons to enjoy a seafood feast ahead of Labor Day weekend. The Beach Boil features a whole lobster, eight jumbo shrimp, corn on the cob, sausage, old bay potatoes, and house-blended herb butter, perfectly capturing the essence of summer dining. Customers can conveniently place orders by calling or emailing the restaurant, with pickups available on August 30 from 3 to 5 p. m.

The initiative follows a previous successful beach boil takeaway that garnered positive responses from guests, prompting the restaurant to bring it back for the holiday weekend. General Manager Zachary Bourne highlighted the joy of providing a bountiful seafood feast for families celebrating the unofficial end of summer. Since its opening in 2016, Jansen has established itself as a premier dining destination, offering a blend of upscale American cuisine with international influences. The limited availability of the Beach Boil encourages early orders, as it operates on a first come, first served basis. For more information, interested customers can visit Jansen's official website.
