Mayor Cherelle L. Parker will deliver remarks at the graduation ceremony for Philadelphia Police Recruit Classes 412 and 413 on October 24, 2025, at the Temple University Performing Arts Center. The ceremony will recognize the accomplishments of 85 recruits, with 44 from Class 412 and 41 from Class 413, which includes 40 from the Philadelphia Police Department and 1 from the Philadelphia Housing Authority. This event emphasizes the administration's dedication to enhancing public safety through the training and integration of new officers into the force. Following the graduation, Parker will welcome attendees at the Council of Great City Schools’ 69th Annual Fall Conference at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown.

The five-day conference brings together leaders from the nation’s largest school districts to discuss pressing issues in urban education. Topics will include best practices aimed at improving teaching and learning in public schools across America.
