The City Commissioners of Philadelphia emphasized the importance of preparation for the upcoming municipal election set for November 4, 2025. Voter registration is open until October 20, and residents can register online, in person, or by mail. The deadline for mail ballot applications is October 28, ensuring voters have ample time to receive and return their ballots. On Election Day, polling places will operate from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, allowing those in line by closing time to cast their votes. Voters must ensure their mail ballots are received by the County Board of Elections by 8:00 PM on Election Day.

Additionally, mail ballots can be returned in person at designated drop boxes located throughout the city. Special provisions are available for voters with disabilities to ensure they can participate. The City urges all voters to verify their registration status and polling locations ahead of time.
