SPARK Innovation Academy Helping Nonprofits Power Up with Transformative Technology
SPARK Innovation Academy is set to empower Philadelphia nonprofit professionals through a 9-week program starting January 13. In partnership with Jefferson University, the initiative offers workshops on data visualization, value propositions, and AI applications tailored for nonprofits. The program addresses the growing need for digital skills in the nonprofit sector, which is essential for enhancing service delivery. Applications open on September 30, with two information sessions planned for October 1 and 22. Strong nonprofits are vital for community resilience, providing essential services that support families and youth.
By embracing technology and innovation, these organizations can better meet the needs of Philadelphians. The first cohort will focus on transformative technology, ensuring participants gain practical skills. This initiative marks a significant step in bridging the technical divide within the nonprofit community.
